  • “Website” refers to runaroundai.com and all associated pages.

  • “Services” refer to web design, development, and related services offered by Run Around AI, including our Basic, Bronze, and Gold web design packages or any custom package.

2. Services

Run Around AI provides web design and related services, which may include:

  • Custom website design and development

  • WordPress or CMS setup

  • E-commerce setup (if included in scope)

  • Basic SEO setup and performance optimization

  • Maintenance and support (if agreed separately)

The exact scope of work will be defined in a proposal, email confirmation, or invoice shared with you.

3. Packages and pricing

We offer three core website packages (e.g., Basic, Bronze, and Gold) at different price points and with different features. Package details, inclusions, and pricing:

  • Will be displayed on our website or shared with you via email/WhatsApp

  • May be updated or changed at any time without prior notice for future clients or new projects

Any additional features or changes beyond the agreed package will be treated as add-on services and may be charged separately.

All prices are generally quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be subject to applicable taxes (such as GST).

4. Booking, payments, and Razorpay

  1. Booking and advance

    • A non-refundable advance (often a percentage of the total project cost) may be required to start the project.

    • The balance payment, milestones, and due dates will be clearly mentioned in the proposal or invoice.

  2. Payment methods

    • We accept online payments through Razorpay and may also accept bank transfers or other methods as communicated to you.

  3. Razorpay payment gateway

    • When you make a payment on our website, the transaction may be processed by Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway partner.

    • By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay’s own terms, conditions, and privacy policy.

    • We do not store your complete card or net banking details. Razorpay securely handles the payment and shares only necessary details (such as payment status) with us.

  4. Payment confirmation

    • Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via email/SMS from Razorpay and/or Run Around AI.

    • If your payment fails but the amount is debited from your bank/card, please contact Razorpay or your bank. In most cases, the amount is automatically refunded by the bank/gateway within a reasonable time.

  5. Non-payment or late payment

    • Delayed or missing payments may result in project delays, suspension of work, or withholding of final delivery and website launch until dues are cleared.

5. Project process and timelines

We follow a structured process for web design and development. Approximate timelines will be shared with you at the start of the project.

  • Timelines depend on prompt feedback, content provision, and timely payments from your side.

  • Delays in feedback, approvals, or content submission may extend the overall project duration.

  • Any urgent or fast-track work must be agreed in advance and may involve additional fees.

6. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, content, and branding (logo, text, images, etc.) required to complete the project

  • Ensure you hold the necessary rights or permissions for any content you provide (text, images, videos, logos, etc.)

  • Review and approve designs, content, and website pages in a timely manner

  • Comply with all applicable laws relating to your website and business

We are not responsible for legal issues arising from content supplied by you or from your misuse of the website.

7. Revisions and scope changes

  • Each package includes a specified number of design revisions (for example, 1–3 rounds depending on the package).

  • Revisions are minor changes to the existing design or content; major structural or functional changes may be considered a change of scope.

  • Any work beyond the agreed scope or revision limit may be billed additionally at our standard rates or as mutually agreed.

8. Content ownership and intellectual property

  • Once full payment is received, you will own the final designed website’s front-end layout and any custom graphics created specifically for you, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We may use pre-built themes, plugins, or third-party tools as part of the solution. Ownership and rights of such components remain with their respective creators, and your use is subject to their licenses.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects (screenshots, links, descriptions) in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies, unless you specifically request in writing that we do not.

9. Third-party services and tools

Our services may rely on third-party tools and services such as:

  • Hosting providers

  • Domain registrars

  • Email marketing services

  • Analytics tools

  • Payment gateway (Razorpay)

We are not responsible for downtime, issues, or losses caused by such third-party providers; however, we will make reasonable efforts to support you in resolving issues where feasible.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to deliver a website that is functional, responsive, and aligned with the agreed scope.

  • However, we do not guarantee:
